At Maison Mahj, every order is prepared with exceptional care to ensure your collectible pieces arrive beautifully and securely.
Order Processing
For non-tile items (including mats, racks, bags, and non personalized accessories), please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. During launches, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Empire State of Mahj tile sets are expected to begin shipping in late May. This timeline reflects fulfillment and does not include carrier transit time.
Hand-painted and personalized items are made to order. Please allow approximately 4 weeks from the order date for these items to ship.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
For non-tile items, standard delivery is 5–8 business days once your order has shipped.
For tile orders, delivery timelines begin after the order has shipped, and carrier delivery dates are estimates only.
Non-tile items may ship separately from tile orders and may arrive sooner.
Maison Mahj currently ships within the United States. International shipping will be added soon.
Pre-Orders
If your item is marked as a pre-order, the estimated ship window will be listed on the product page. Placing a pre-order reserves your piece.
Because our pieces are crafted in limited quantities and finished with great care, pre-order timelines may shift slightly. If that happens, we will keep you updated—always with the goal of delivering your set as soon as possible and in perfect condition. Thank you for your patience and excitement; it truly means the world to us.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly.
If you need help initiating a claim, email us—we’re always here to support you.
Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address before checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped.
